Bluegrass Station Tomorrow

Bluegrass Station has seen great success in meeting our goals for redevelopment and job replacement, and we predict even more success in the future.  The final transfer of the property from the Army to the Commonwealth is slated for September 2005, which will allow us to pursue even more opportunities for further development.  The construction and ongoing expansion of the Aircraft Modification Facility represents a huge potential for job creation.  The proposed expansion of the new on-site fire station is a great benefit to all our tenants as well as homes and businesses in the area surrounding Bluegrass Station. Our ongoing commitment to upgrading the buildings and infrastructure at Bluegrass Station ensures that we will be able to retain, and grow with, our stable, long term tenants.
